I am a huge fan of the blog Gal Meets Glam. It has quickly become my favorite. She has amazing style tips and giveaways. Last week I was lucky enough to win her Shabby Apple Giveaway! I won the "Spanish Steps" dress on their website!! I was soo excited and it definitely made my finals week bearable! I just received the dress in the mail and can't wait to wear it!

During this Christmas season, it is difficult to not get caught up in the 'commercialized' version of Christmas. Finding was is truly important during the holidays brings gratitude and love to our lives. Remembering the Savior and his birth is what we really should be celebrating. I'm so blessed to be able to listen to the First Presidency's Christmas Devotional each year to refocus myself on the true meaning of Christmas. You can to listen to this year's devotional here.

birthday continued

Saturday afternoon I went to the Citrus Grill with Darr for a little birthday lunch. Little did I know that my old CDT friends would be there too! It was so good to see them all and catch up! I love them to death! 

Later that night I went to the Dodo with my family. I'm never disappointed at the Dodo. I loved every second of it and am so grateful that all of my family could come! It was a perfect weekend. 

thanksgiving & my birthday

I have a lot to be thankful for. And yesterday was a perfect reminder of just how lucky I really am. I got to spend Thanksgiving at my grandparents house with my family. My grandma is an amazing cook and we definitely didn't leave hungry. After my grandma's, me and my parents spent the rest of the night playing games & hanging out with the Pratt's. I'm so grateful for their welcoming and amazing family. I'm truly so blessed. 

 

 Yesterday was also my 22nd birthday! It was such a good day and I really felt so loved! The festivities are continuing on to the weekend and its going to be a blast!
